Please read these terms carefully before using the zd22 platform. This document forms a legal agreement between you and us.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games, promotions, and transactions on the zd22 platform. By creating an account on zd22 or continuing to use the platform, you are considered to have accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows:

  • "Platform" means the zd22 website, mobile version, and all related services.
  • "User" or "You" means any person registered on the platform and using its services.
  • "Account" means a user's personal registered profile on the platform.
  • "Bonus Funds" means money credited to an account under a promotional offer.
  • "Real Money" means funds deposited by the user.
  • "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount of bets required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To use the zd22 platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or using the services. If age verification reveals that a user is below this limit, the account will be immediately cancelled and all associated transactions will be considered void.

2.2 Single Account

Each user may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts or attempts to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended or permanently closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration — name, date of birth, address, contact details — must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in account cancellation as well as forfeiture of deposited funds.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

zd22 currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). No payment methods outside of these are accepted.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Transactions below this amount cannot be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. In cases where identity verification is required, this time may increase slightly.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

A sufficient real money balance must be available in the account before requesting a withdrawal. To withdraw from bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirement must be met. zd22 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Depositing ৳14,000 or more will apply the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳24,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, a total wager of ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

  • A bonus offer can only be used once and is non-transferable.
  • Attempting to withdraw before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
  • The terms of promotional offers may change at any time; the new terms will apply after any change.
  • If abuse or manipulation of any offer is found, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.

VIP Program and Rewards

zd22's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the user's activity and participation on the platform. zd22 reserves the right to review, modify, or withdraw a user's VIP benefits at any time — particularly in cases of Terms violation.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zd22 platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited:

  • Gaining advantages through fraud, deception, or manipulation.
  • Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
  • Using the platform for money laundering.
  • Operating an account through automated software, bots, or scripts.
  • Attempting to access another user's account or steal their information.
  • Any attempt to breach the platform's security systems.
  • Harassment, threats, or disrespectful behaviour towards other users.

Account Security and Responsibility

7.1 Password and Login Information

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login information completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

7.2 Responsibility for Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account. zd22 is not liable for any loss or dispute arising from gambling or betting activity conducted from your account — whether by you or by anyone else.

7.3 KYC Verification

zd22 may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document for identity verification (KYC) at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. This process is in place to ensure the protection of users.

Gaming Rules

All games operated on the zd22 platform — slots, live casino, sports betting, and others — are governed by the rules of the respective game providers. The following points apply in particular:

  • If a disconnection occurs mid-game, the outcome of that round will be determined according to the data stored on the game provider's server.
  • If the outcome of any round is found to be invalid due to a technical error or malfunction, all bets for that round will be cancelled and funds will be returned.
  • The data recorded on the game provider's server is final. In case of any discrepancy with the result displayed on the user's device, the server record will take precedence.
  • To ensure fair play, our platform uses SSL encryption and independent verification systems.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, zd22 will not be liable for any loss caused by the following:

  • Internet connection issues or failure of third-party services.
  • Faults in the user's own device or software.
  • Loss resulting from failure to keep account information confidential.
  • Service disruption due to events beyond our control (force majeure).

However, this does not in any way limit a user's consumer rights or legal protections.

Privacy Policy

Information is used only as necessary to provide the service.

Responsible Gaming

Account Closure and Suspension

12.1 At the User's Request

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed.

12.2 At zd22's Initiative

zd22 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Serious violation of these Terms.
  • Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
  • Use of false identity information.
  • Violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the zd22 platform — logos, graphics, text, software, designs, and other elements — is the intellectual property of zd22 or the relevant game providers. Reproducing, distributing, or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without our explicit written permission is prohibited.

Changes to Terms and Effective Date

zd22 reserves the right to change, update, or amend these Terms at any time. After any change, the updated Terms will be published on the platform and will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after a change means you have accepted the new Terms.
